Infomation box not showing up

Hi:

This seemed the most appropriate place to post this question, but I'm wrong, my sincere apologies.

I've created a duplicate of an existing client site in order to do some testing. everything works except the content of the information sidebox is not coming through. I've checked and rechecked the files, the configure.php file, but i can't seem to figure this out.

the site is running zc1.3.8a (yes, i know, we need to upgrade), on a server running php 5.2.14.

I just downloaded and installed
Css Javascript Loader
jqueryZoom v1.5
which is working fine.

The site also has the following mods:
FAQ Manager v1.2 IT EN
Admin Profiles 1.0.7
Column Layout Grid 1.3.8
Shopping totals in header v1.0

Ultimate SEO 2.106

the includes/tempalte/CUSTOM/common/header.php file should load:
logo
information sidebox
mini cart
search

all show up except the information sidebox.

Could really use an experienced hand with this. your assistance is much appreciated.

This is fixed, sorry for the false alarm.

The last line in includes/modules/sideboxes/CUSTOM/information.php is

require($template->get_template_dir('tpl_information.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE, $current_page_base,'sideboxes'). '/tpl_information.php');

which means that tpl_information.php page needs to be included in templates/custom/sideboxes/ and it was not there.

now if I can only get an answer to my next question - applying jqZoom to product listing pages - (posted here http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...&postcount=145)
