add to cart button is missing

Version - Zencart 1.3.9h
System - MySQL 5.0

Hi, I am having an issue with my site. The product page does not have an add to button. I've searched the entire forum with no luck.

1. I have enough quantity of the item
2. Display Product Price/Add to Cart: 3
3. Display Product Quantity: 2
4. Display Cart After Adding Product: True
5. Store Status: 2

I'm not sure what else I need to look for. Can anyone please help?

Should be "0"
