Taxes not appearing after order is placed! (Tax Cloud addon installed)

I am having a problem I am hoping someone might know where to look to fix it.

I am using zen cart 1.3.9 the most current version. I have Tax Cloud installed on my cart as well.

What is happing is during the checkout process the proper tax appears no problem and it is including it in the total just as it should do. Everything appears perfect until you click the "confirm order" button. It then finalizes the order just like it should however when I look at the invoice in Zen Cart or the one emailed to me the taxes do not appear at all and are not included in the total amount charged???

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

FYI, this problem was resolving by making a code update to his installation.

I am having the same issue. Was this issue resolved.

My site is live and The 2 states NY, and NJ that I am charging taxes, the customer email and my email shows the tax as zero. And the total is without taxes. So the customer gets a wrong total.



For Example the email says

Sub-Total: $185.00
Zone Rates (Shipping to US): $15.90
Sales Tax: $0.00
Total: $200.90


But it should say


Sub-Total: $185.00
Zone Rates (Shipping to US): $15.90
Sales Tax: $17.32
Total: $218.22

Which is the actual amount when you check out.


Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

FYI for anyone that stumbles on this forum in the future - this issue was resolved in the latest version of the TaxCloud module.
