Hoping a zen cart expert can help us with this...
Two things we've noticed when a customer purchases a Gift Certificate:
#1 - We had a gift certicate email bounce back (to the store) but the customer DID NOT receive the notice that she typed in the recipients wrong email. Any way to correct this so customer is also notified?
#2 - When a customer orders and sends Gift Certificates, then goes to "My Account" - "Order History" - There is no tracking of the gift certificates. They can not see how many they've sent, what amounts or recipient emails. This seems a bit odd. Any ideas on how this can be included in the customer's order history?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
