Default 404 error on IE with Friendly HTTP Messages enabled

Hi, just for background I am a new to Zen but have installed several modules with some success.

I have installed the Barclays ePDQ module on the current version of ZC and am having a weird problem with the response handler:

I am getting a 404 error when I access this page in IE 8: http://www.directwebretail.co.uk/epd....php?oid=c1-o4, yet it works ok in FF and it works in IE if I turn off the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" option.

I have had my host check the server logs and there are no messages relating to the 404 error and if I hack the page to get rid of the message and then re-instate the code..., it works..

Any hints would be very gratefully received.

Does it work if you turn off your pretty URL addon?

Your URLs are being re-written using some sort of "SEO" addon. Turn it off and see if your module works better.

    Ahh!!, now I understand :-)

Yes, I am using Ceon URI mapping, and I have tried disabling the .htaccess file without any change.

Although thinking about it, I wonder if that is enough

I will have another try tomorrow and may try unistalling the URL mapping completely.

Thanks for the thought! my brain had run out of them :-)

Kim, you are a star. That was the problem and it took 10 seconds to fix... I should have looked deeper into the re-mapping as they had a section to exclude URLs for modules like ePDQ.

    Thanks again for your help.
