UPS XML Module - Error!!!

I get the following error:

Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway : Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway
If you prefer to use ups as your shipping method, please contact JKE Distributors LLC via Email.

I am using 1.3.8 and this module is installed correctly and the site has been running fine for years with other versions. There is something wrong with the communication to UPS, it must be in the XML format?!?!?!

Has anyone resolved this issue at all?

I already made that change and I continue to get the same error. I read through the complete thread before I even posted this same post to the end of that thread. Has anyone else determined this issue and resolved it?

What is the Weight ...

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

What are your settings in the Modules ... Shipping ... when you click once on UPS XML on the right side panel ...
