Selling 5 sizes of T-shirts on one page

Hello to All

I would like to do something like the following:
Select a shirt and order what is in stock by seeing what is below each time you enter the amount you want.

After adding the information to the cart you would go to the next page and you will see what you ordered and the total quantity

I want the total of the order to be 20 cases at check out
$10.00 per case Youth L
$10.00 per case for Adult S
$10.00 per case for Adult M
$10.00 per case for Adult L
$10.00 per case for Adult XL
$13.00 per case for Adult XXL

72 qty per case – Must order full cases per size
Minimum order is 20 cases mixed between the different sizes

Is there an easy plugin for this one?

If the above cannot be done is there a shopping cart that can do the above.

you might wanna take a look at "stock_by_attributes" in the free add ons section

its not what you want exact, but in the right direction
