Shipping Module Sort Order

I have three different shipping modules installed, and I need the perweightunit module to always be in the #1 position in the sort order. I have a store pickup module and Shipping by Quote also installed, and when I try to re-arrange the sort order so store pickup is at the bottom, I get an error that it's a duplicate position and shipping won't calculate properly. However, there are no other modules with the same sort orders. Any thoughts?

Set the Sort Orders to 10, 20 and 30 and see if that fixes the problem ...

NOTE: while setting them, ignore any warnings until done ...

NOTE: make sure on any shipping modules not being used you do the REMOVE rather than just the Disable ...
