product pages don't match after upgrade

I just upgraded from 1.38 to 1.39. I've worked through many of the kinks but I'm completely stuck now. For some reason the product pages on the new and old versions of the site do not match. Specifically, the 'add to cart' section is in the wrong spot. I've gone through all the css and many php files to try to find the problem but I keep hitting dead ends. I'm convinced that it's got to be a formatting issue somewhere in the code.

Any direction or hints would be GREATLY appreciated. I've already spent 5 hours on this issue and I'm close to losing my mind.

You do have some HTML in your page title.
