No shipping charge on invoice

Hi,

I have noticed that there is no shipping charge on the invoice.

It calculates but does not display.

Any help please??

Have you solved this problem??? If you have can you let us know...
I too have this same situation that shipping amount does not show up on a separate line but combined with the tax.

Also I am having problems with local pickup only showing on the Orders page. Nothing shows on the individual order page or on the confirmation emails stating its for pickup.

Any help would be great!!!
