Admin page unavailable

Hey,

I wonder if someone could help me? I installed program succesfully, but now I have a little problem. Suddenly my admin page is anymore available Browser tells that page is currently unavailable. Chmods are correct 755 and pages are in server, but I can´t go there. What have I done wrong?
There is of course change I copy all important configuration files and install again and after that upload configuration files back to server. But I would be happy if there is something I have missed.

Uploading the config files is probably what caused your current problem.

Not sure why you installed again or uploaded the config files but if you delete the current config files and install again, you should get things working.

Looks / sounds like, some of your 'admin' files didn't upload or got messed up somehow.

Re-upload the 'admin' dir. from the default Zen Cart files which should solve your problem.

I afraid re-upload it will crash my site, that's why I‘m hesitant.

Questions:
Re-load and skip override or override all?
Re-load will not erase my customers account files, right?

There are no overrides within the 'admin' dir. so unless you've done some customizing or are using a module that has changed one of the Admin files, you should be fine. Besides, you have a complete backup of the site... right?

I did setup Paypal account and UPS info in admin. Reload "admin dir" will not overrides them, right?

hi. i am having a similar problem. i tried to move my site to my root directory. i followed all the steps and changed my session info as well as changing the config files in admin/includes and includes. i could get to my site fine but clicking on the my account page lead to a blank page, no error message or could not find page message, just a white page. this also happened when i would try to login to my admin page. so i tried to go back to the site in the sub folder and i swear everything was working last night. now all of the sudden when i try to go to my admin page in the sub folder it's not even taking me to the log in page. it's taking me to a blank page.

the only thing that i have changed is that i put a 301 redirect page in the root folder because i didn't feel like messing with something that was working fine.

any suggestions?

by the way. are there supposed to be closing php tags on the configure.php files?

Hi Websie Rob,

I just did re-upload the admin dir with overwrite new and different
size files. But it does not fix the problem. What should I do?
