I need help on "ALL Business" template

I am using this template and i like it.
I have few question about that:
1. I saw the version is 1.0 in template selection , but i download is 1.1 version.
2. please take a look the attachment pic. how can i remove that box.

I set it 4 in "Product Listing - Columns Per Row"
But the main page still shows 3
