No site & can't log in to admin

I'm getting this message when I try to go to my site (www.kings-kreations.com). I get something similar, but only two lines when I try to log in to admin. Please help, I'm becoming VERY frustrated here...

Thanks for the link. I checked the folder properties, it's set to 777 and still nothing is working. Any other ideas?

Edited to add: The folder properties are fine, but it won't let me save changes to the permissions on the includes/configure.php file. I have attempted to change ti from my hosting control panel AND by right-clicking on properties in FTP. Neither one works...

OK, finally got both files to accept my permission changes. Don't know why it wasn't working, but at least that aspect is fixed now. Thanks for the help! :-)
