See if this works:
https://www.facebook.com/klozerhk/app_149696141763776

Although the Facebook Store has not setup, I can at least see the tab on my phone ONLY if I am using the browser to login. If I am using the Facebook app and click on the same link, it will display "This page is for an app that doesn't work on mobile devices. Please try visiting it the next time you use Facebook on your computer."

I guess it might still be a long shot until the Facebook App allows Facebook store to function correctly.

Hi

Thank-you for the link, you are correct - without the Facebook app supporting third party apps it is never really going to work on mobile devices.
eCommerce Browser supports mobile the same way as StoreYa when you view the full Facebook site on mobile then it displays fine. However if you request the mobile version of StoreYa it is not available. (https://m.facebook.com/klozerhk/app_149696141763776). As a result when you visit a Facebook page with any app installed, the app tab doesn't appear unless they are external iOS or Android apps. We will keep and eye on this and if Facebook ever does allow interaction via their app or mobile site we will endeavour to provide this functionality to your clients.

Kind regards

Facebook - eCommerce Shop Browser - Version: v2.0 to be used with Zen Cart V1.3.9h, the sql was installed with out errors on the web site, i copied the only file fb_browse.php to the root. I created the Catalog Browser Plugin Key.

Added the 'App' to my Facebook page

I followed the instruction on Facebook adding the app and filled out the fields and saved them, clicked on leave admin mode and that is when i got this error:

Hi

Please check the URL is entered correctly within the app settings, as the system can't retrieve your product data feed.
A 403 response means the request is being blocked ( 403 - Forbidden HTTP status code).

Alternatively it could mean your server is blocking access to the fb_browse.php file. If the problem persists, please can you confirm your shop URL, so we can investigate.

Kind regards

Still waiting for products to show up, been staring at "More products will be added soon. Please check back later." for the last 12 hours.

Hi

Most likely it means the system is failing to retrieve the XML feed, possibly relating to the same issue of not being able to access the plug-in.

Please can you confirm your shop URL, so we can investigate.

Hi TamyA,

I can see you have tried to install it on two different Facebook pages.

One you attempt to install it as an app, the system is reporting that the Plug-in key is incorrect, as a result it can't retrieve the data.

The second you attempt via XML but you didn't specify the location of the XML file. You need to give the exact URL of the Google XML product feed for the system to import it correctly.

I would recommend that you fix the plug-in key via the app admin and it should hopefully start working. As this will give you the best result, as the Google product feed doesn't provide all the information, and results in reduced functionality.

Kind regards

I am not sure what you are talking about, all i have is one page on Facebook.
