Integrating Code

I have been given a section of php code from a prospective supplier, to integrate their tool into my website.
I've tried adding it to a page by using define editor, but only the text of this code shows (no graphics etc etc) and the same goes for the same idea in Ezpages.
Any idea anyone please?

Just to note, if I create a .html file and insert the exact same code, it works fine.

Make sure to provide lots of details with your question. Right now, I don't know what page you are trying to put this code. And if you are wanting to pull information from their site to yours, that could cause security problems.
