1062 Duplicate entry

I have a fresh install of Zen Cart (newest version). Sometimes I get Duplicate entry errors. What are these from? I searched but didn't find anything. The latest one is this:

The two or three times I have seen it was when I was loading index of the site. One of the times there was a header and that was the only thing under it. The other two times there was something similar to that but it was the only thing that loaded on the page.

This normally means that something is trying to insert something to the database that already exists. This could be a database table key like sessions (which are unique) or some other primary identify.

Have you tried to going to your admin clearing your cache directory? There is a link available for you to do this or you can do it manually. (Just make sure index.php and .htaccess stays intact.)
