Defined text, not showing on web page

Hi All

I have been adding an F.A.Q page to our website, and at first glance everything looked fine, until I noticed that no matter what I typed into the define store faq page via admin panel, nothing was showing on the actual store faq webpage, just a blank page.
The text I type, is being stored in the define store faq file and all links look fine, just that nothing shows on our actual faq webpage.
I have followed tutorials on adding new pages, but I just don't understand what's going wrong.

Any help or information will be very greatly appreciated.

The store faq link is in the information banner on the left hand side of the store.

Hope this is of help.

Check that the define_store_faq.php file is in the
includes/languages/english/html_includes/bluecart/ directory

If so, use the <> code tags above to wrap the contents of the file pasted here

Also get the 3rd party about us module and read the readme
Check that you have created/edited the 8 files required to make a new define page
