I need to import Customers and Orders from my live website into the one I'm using for testing that is already upgraded to 1.3.9h, my live site uses 1.3.8a, so where can I find info on what tables need to be backed up and then imported to the test site?
As this affects several tables, as there are new orders and new customers I need to add, and I don't want to skip one table that is essential to maintain the structure.

Suggest that you do not attempt to pick & choose the tables to import
Follow the upgrade tutorial instead

Well I did that already the problem is my TEST site has outdated product and orders, my live site is not updated yet ...
