application error How te setup authorize.net AIM with fraud suite?

I have authorize.net (AIM) I'm using fraud protection suite to prevent FRAUD. But one of the filter I have is IP-Shipping Address Mismatch Filter.

When this filter is triggered is place on hold for review at authorize.net end. But my customer gets a decline instead of hold for review. which s what is happening.

How can I let the client know that we are reviewing the order and not decline?? The client is seen on the page that the card was not able to be charge.

Please help I'm loosing orders.... just because of this reason.

    Thank you

    What version of Zen Cart?

If you upgrade to v1.3.9h you'll have the handling for "4-held for review" already built-in.
