Can ZenCart do this?

I want to make an e-commerce site that that does the following:

users will sign up and create an account. I will then have a list categories and then items that they can use to list their items.

Then, whenever a transaction is made, they are responsible for the transaction but the payment will go to us, and credited to their account. They can then use that money to shop on the site or withdrawal it and we send it to them. However, a percentage of the sale will go to us.

Basically it is going to be a miniature eBay for a very niche market. It will provide a place for people to sell their products to people that would otherwise have a difficult time listing and finding on eBay and we would also take a less percentage than them.

does ZenCart have the ability to do these things such as users able to list product etc...

if so, then great... if not, can someone point me in the direction of software that might be able to help me... thanks!!!

so zencart cannot do this on it's own?

does anybody know any software that can?
