messed up my configure.php files

have recently changed hosts running 1.3.9f had everything running really well but then went and fiddled with both my includes/configure and admin/configure - first result took me to install pg and yes i have deleted install file but gave me the option that configure files do not have correct paths - i know that but for the life of me can not get them right. Now just get "problem loading pg"

Have looked at all the tutorials and spent a whole day on the forum but need TOTAL IDIOTS GUIDE now desperate and tired.

Quite happy to post all file contents here - can always change admin name and pw if i could just sort this out

I suppose you did not maintain a backup copy?

once things went wrong made the fatal mistake of fiddling more and more so now think the only really clean thing I have is the copies from my previous host - yes I know not the smartest move

just wanted to say thanks kuroi and donal took tons of time out and i'm back up thanks to them. Learned my lesson - BACKUP
