CEON-URI, how to auto generate URLs?

Hi,
I'm using this wonderful module Ceon-URI 3.6.3, my catalog has a deeply nested categorized structure for few thousand books.

I was wondering if there is a way I can generate URI for every category and product without re-saving (update) them one by one.
