Attribute Option Values Dropdown not showing

Hi, i have been attempting to add certain attributes to different Products via the below ZC Tutorial & am cool with it except one problem i'm encountering..

I have made 2 different Option Names ( Printing Design & Size ) but when i go to the Option Values Page in order to add Small, Medium, Large etc, i get a Blank Drop Down on the Option Name arrow, ther'es nothing there.

I can see via the Tutorial on the 01:44 mark that my 2 Option Names that i have created should appear within that Drop Down on the Option Values Page but they don't & i can't seem to continue with anything without getting round this..

Any ideas where i may be going wrong ??

On your Option Name is the Option Type ... what have you selected?

I haven't selected anything & can't select anything as like i said, the dropdown menu is blank & there is nothing to select.

If you go to phpMyAdmin and look in your database at the table:
products_options_types

what records do you see there for the Option Types?

Sorry, you've lost me. I don't know what phpMyAdmin is & i've Googled it but am not familiar with what it is or where it's located ?

Look in the Control Panel for your domain that came with your site ...

You should see phpMyAdmin next to where you can add databases with the MySQL ...

The Option Name for the TEXT Option Type does not have an Option Value ...

The Option Type TEXT is for when you want the customer to manually type something in for the Product, such as Initials or a Name to include in printing ...

When using the TEXT Option Type, you will not see the Option Name on the Option Values Manager as there is nothing more to do for Option Names when they are Option Type TEXT ...
For something like Size, you would be making choices for the Customer to pick from either in a Dropdown or Radiobutton ...

I am not sure what your Printing Design is, would this be choices for the customer to select from or something the customer would need to manually type in or are you giving them choices from a list? If from a list, then you want to use either the Dropdown or Radiobutton on the Option Name Option Type ...

I'm trying to move forward with my Sizes initially but seemed to have hit a stumbling block when i " insert " as i get redirected to a page that says the below.

1062 Duplicate entry '1-1' for key 'PRIMARY'

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
