Attribute Option Values Dropdown not showing

when I try to delete the other two option names

When trying to delete Option Names or Option Values if they are used on a Product you will get a warning ...

This prevents accidental deletions ...

thanks, I just wanted to start again which I did by deleting the attributes on main page admin and then followed your advice to create one name and give it three values which fixed everything and made me understand how it all works better for next time. Thanks alot!
