It's hard to come up with an answer with the little information you give. There's so many variables involved. That's why the posting tips show up when someone starts a post. They are there to help you detail your problem so that we can be of more help.

NOTE: When making a new post, be sure to include relevant information such as:

    • What version of Zen Cart are you using?
    • Has your site been upgraded? When? From what version(s)?
    • What addons have you installed? When?
    • In what ways is your site customized or different from a brand new uncustomized install?
    • If you're encountering display/layout problems, post your site URL* so it can be seen in action.
    • If you're encountering problems that could be related to your server or hosting company, include the name of your hosting company (not their URL).
    • HAVE YOU LOOKED IN THE FAQ AREA for answers to your question? (ie: a search for your error message or what you want to edit/change, etc)
    • Have you searched the FORUM for your error message or for answers to the question you're asking?
    • WHEN did the problem "start"? How does that compare with other events of your hosting company, changes you've made to your site files/addons, or your admin settings, etc?
    • If this is your first store, have you tested all aspects of transactions before going live?

    1. edit the file

Regardless of how much we empathize with you, you won't get much of an answer without giving us the answers to the tips.

Once had a friend who was cleaning a goldfish bowl. She put the fish temporarily in a small bowl in the kitchen. When she returned from the back yard, the goldfish was missing. After blocking off the doors to the kitchen and putting two inches of water in there, one of her kids came downstairs and asked WTH! When mom told the story, the kid says, "I thought it was dead and put it down the disposal."

Right now, all we can say is flood the kitchen.

    ok....
i was just asking where to find the info since im guessing it got removed .... or moved?

    either way
i did a fresh install on another server and same issue.
fresh download. downloaded today so im guessing thats the newest version , no upgrades no changes
and the problem started today with the fresh install from the start. as it does with my other site.

If you used the old database, did you remove and reinstall PayPal?

Could you maybe give us a hint as to which PayPal you are using?
