Orders page missing customer, shipping and billing fields

Hello,

Upon upgrading our site from v1.3.8a, three important fields no longer are displayed in the Customer -> Orders section.

Attached is a screenshot showing that the Customer, Shipping Address and Billing Address fields aren't displaying data properly from the DB.

The orders.php file in the admin section is unchanged from the newest downloadable version.

Furthermore, the order information is still in the database, I can see all the addresses there. For some reason it's just not showing up on this page. This applies to ALL orders, even those orders placed before the site update.

Anybody have any idea where else I can check to diagnose this problem?

use phpmyadmin to check if order products are recorded, if yes, it's a problem of you zc admin side; if not, it's checkout process side.

Yarp, checked that beforehand; the database shows all the info in the orders table. It seems like the ZC admin is just not pulling the info properly from the database

I'm hoping someone knows how I might troubleshoot that

try to use the lasted orders.php to replace your existing one. (backup firstly)

You're saying you want me to roll back orders.php to the 1.3.8a version and leave the rest of the site at 1.3.9?

That would be a bad plan ... it would be better to find out what is really wrong ...

First, check your database and make sure that the table:
address_format

has the correct values for all of the address formats that you see on each of the address_format_id in the table:
orders

for the fields:
customers_address_format_id
delivery_address_format_id
billing_address_format_id
