I'm Stumped...same layouts two different results...

Okay so I am redoing one of my stores and can't figure out for the life of me why they are different. Weird thing is I copied the entire store directory over and just changed the name of the website.

And what did you do about the databases?

I was creating a new database. Since I am gonna have some product the same and some different. I updated the config files to point to the proper databases.

Information about column widths and which layout boxes are enabled and where is all held in your database. If your databases are different then in these areas, then so will be your layouts.
