Googlecheckout not showing priority mail ?

Hello , i almost have my site backup again. You guys really helped me recover from not having my database backup when my site went down.

I have a new problem, I don't remember how to get Google checkout to show USPS priority mail as a option. Did something change with Google checkout since my site has been down ?

Using the Admin i set the

.htaccess Basic Authentication Mode
True
And entered my Google checkout merchant id and key.


I set the Shopping cart post security as

Notification as HTML (name/value pairs) (Requires an HTTPS URL)

And i pointed it to my https//url/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php

( I haven't setup HTTPS from dreamhost yet. But then i never had in the past and i was still able to get orders with priority mail. Is this the problem ? )

I tried making a shipping method from the Google checkout with priority mail. But it doesn't show up on the shipping selector.

When i do a test run it shows the shipping cost for the ups ground , parcel post and USPS express. I wanted those , but i don't see how to add priority mail. Could someone please help :)

update

I have noticed there is no priority mail in the
domestic_types section of admin in the Google checkout page. It only shows parcel post ,media mail and express.

Do i need to edit the Shipping Generator ? Because when i try to edit that i get asked for a password and user name . I tried entering my zen cart u/p but it fails.

I set the GoogleCheckout Carrier Calculated Shipping to "False" After reading the readme for google checkout. The part where it says " Note that if you enable CCS, all Merchant Calculation Modules will be IGNORED"

The makes it so i now see priority mail . I can even remove shipping options. But they all show up as (1.00) shipping cost.

I get this message in the google checkout Integration Console

" We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://www.missingcord.com/googlech...nsehandler.php -- the error we got is Error 'TIMEOUT' connecting to url 'https://www.missingcord.com/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php'. "


What am i missing here ? can anyone point me in the direction of post that explains how to fix this ? I really am trying to learn this. I have been at this all morning .

Is this happening because i don't have HTTPS ? I ask this because i didn't have it before when i had my site up and i was still able to do this right. I have GC customer receipt emails with priority mail as the shipping option. So i know i have done it before. I just don't remember how i i did it. Please help me.

I am guessing this is not possible anymore after the last few updates . I will work around it by using parcel post and just shipping it via priority . Since those rates are similar.

I will ask my next question in the shipping section.

Found out how to do !!!!!

You must edit the shipping_methods_ccs.php file. You do this by uncommenting the line that says "priority mail".

ie; remove the "// " in front of it.

Now my customers get the option for priority mail :)

Thought i would post this , since i saw a number of people ask the same question i did , but never got answers.
