Catagory list dissapeared

Some howI have knocked out my catagories list on left side/column of site and the new products have moved up in that sspace id like to no how to get my catagories back showing to se what I mean adulttoyshome.com and you will see what i mean Ihave ad it all set up were i could post new specials that appeared under catagories and on right side I had featured items posted undr the 2 banners now I cant get it straightened out. Im sure its simple but brains locked up. help simply please.

check in your admin>tools>layout boxes controller> sideboxes/catagories.php
check that right/left coloum is on and the sort order is correct

changed domain from one to another just about got everything right except some of source code the view source code still has old www.ladystoys.com blablabla and the new one www.adult############websites.com most of them have changed but there some that are still showin ladystoys and cant figure out how to get it all to adult############swebsite.com take a look at source code see what I mean and what is it I still need to do or couldnt figure out.

also not and bte that paypal check out is right with email n all ols stuff still in place may work but definitly dont no how to like reprogram all that
