Newsletter Module Stoped Sending Email

All of a sudden I am unable to send newsletters' out to customers. I can manually send email, both Plain Text & HTML. Invoices are going out and several test GV Mails also go out as expected.

Any idea what's going on?

I checked with the ISP and nothing has changed according to them.

I'm on a Linux Server
zencart is v.1.3.9h
Apache is 2.2.17
PPHP Is 5.2.15
MySQL is 5.1.52
zencart Admin Directory name has been changed.

When I return to the Newsletter listing page it looks like this.



As you see the newsletter I am trying to send, the first one on the list, is still marked as not sent.

My install was new with 1.3.9h. This is my first time install. Funny thing is that the newsletter module worked a month or so ago.

Here is a list of the 'Mods' that I have installed.

This list is accurate, to the best of my recollection. It is also chronologically correct with the most recent at the bottom of the list.

I would hate to roll-back and add each mod one at a time to see if one of them broke the newsletter module.

If you have accurate dates of when installed, and seeing that you sent one on some date, work with that especially that any replaced core files from order_steps_tableless_2-3-2 are replaced with original files from a fresh distribution

See if the dates coincide first

While I kept track of WHAT I installed, I did not keep track of dates. What a valuable lesson this has turned out to be. I will keep track of Mods AND install dates from now on....

Just an F.Y.I The "order_steps_tableless_2-3-2" replaced only these original files;
tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php
tpl_checkout_payment_default.php
tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php
tpl_checkout_success_default.php

Since they are 'only' template files I wouldn't think they would affect anything like the sending of the newsletter.

No doubt I'm wrong about this assumption...
