Trying To Change Shipping Option Text Color

I am trying to change the shipping option text color on Step 1 of 3 of checkout.

This is the text just above the radio button - that you define in the table#.php file.

Same for the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" text, trying to change this as well.

I have worked my way through the stylesheet, do I have to add something there to specify this?

Please post your web site with blank lines between them so search engines can't find your site..
Also create a test user and post back the log in and password so I can view your site with Firefox with the add on called Firebug..
