Default Using images for top menu

Is it possible to use images in place of text in the top menu bar of the pages? I am using Zen Cart v1.3.9h and the Twist of Nature template. My store url is http://huggablememoriesbyashley.com/shop/ . If someone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. I probably didn't explain it well, I don't want to use images for the side box headers, but for the navigation menu that goes across the top of the page underneath the header. Currently there is text there for the page names and I want to use images for the page names in place of the text.

To use the technique above, you would put all of the individual button graphics together in one image file in the order, size and spacing that you want, and use this as the background for the whole navbar. This would work perfectly, as long as you don't need the images to change when clicked. A standard header navbar could not use this as the links change when there is something in the cart or the viewer is logged in, but you appear to have the menu made static.
