Download button missing please help!!!

Hi ajeh,

I have set the order to delivered, #3 I think, I can see the file/file size listed on the download screen once I have logged back in as test customer, I get the message click on download button and save as, but no button, I saw your post from a previous thread asking if button_download.gif was in the source code, I have checked this and button_download.gif isn't there could this be the problem? Thanks in advance,

Could you go to your Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
BUTTON_IMAGE_DOWNLOAD

and select Catalog and click Search ...

What comes up on the results?

Line #28 : define('BUTTON_IMAGE_DOWNLOAD', 'button_download.gif');

C:/xampp/xampp/htdocs/store/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_downloads.php

Line #71 : <td class="centeredContent"><?php echo ($is_downloadable) ? '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_DOWNLOAD, 'order=' . $last_order . And do you see the button in your directory:
/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/

or, in your templates and overrides directory, if using it for:
/includes/templates/your_template_dir/buttons/english/

if so, reload the button_download.gif to ensure that it is not corrupt or damaged ...
