Changing front page title?

I have zen cart loaded on 1 of my stores but it has been a while since I changed it all. I just need a push on this issue. When the page loads, and the little tab on the top left says Zen Cart, the art of ecommerce , I want to change that to Jeans Country Store, Here is the link if u wish to look at it. I know on html pages it is the title, and on my other store did make the change but it was months ago. http://www.jeanscountry.net/jeans_store/

Can you share with the rest of us how you removed the logos alt tag?

Thank you, I thought you were talking about the logo alt tag. Hover over your logo, you will see what I thought you were talking about.

I tried that one but it did not work for me. I have 2 stores online and I changed the tab with the link I showed you.
