Ship by post code and weight

Hi.

Wondering if zen-cart can calculate the shipping cost via postal code and weight.
I.e. when a customer registers he has to indicate his postal code.
Then at check out shipping fee is calculated based on his postal code as well as the order weight.

Postal codes are abt 8 zones (format 1234-567) and weights are in 10 kgs increments (ex. 0-10kgs:5€;11-20:7€...)
