Paypal Express Checkout problem...

Hi folks...
Initially I was going to use Paypal IPN but orders were not being added to the Order Database so after I checked the boards people suggested using Paypal Express Checkout.

So I went into the paypal setup and got the username, password and signature code.

things seem to be ok until I clicked the express checkout button and I'm getting this error

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at twobiglyerssoap.com Port 443

I'm using Paypal 1.3.9h so that's up to date and the paypal account is a business account...

There's an FAQ article on Internal Server Error causes and possible fixes. You might also check whether you've got broken rewrite rules in your .htaccess, as that error won't appear on a fresh clean uncustomised installation.

2013 Lost connection to MySQL server during query
in:
[select customers_email_format from zen_customers where customers_email_address= 'twobiglyerssoap####################']

I looked for the FAQ you mentioned but I don't see the kind
of error I am seeing
