Can't Change Template

First off, I am sorry I am sure this has been asked before I just can not find it. I can not seem to load a template. I would like to change to Sage, I downloaded and unzipped. I opened my FTP. I found the "include" file for Sage and tried to upload that to my main online directory. However I am running WordPress for my front page so I also found the direct for Zen Cart and uploaded the Sage. I seems like everything works right but when I go to my Templates,it is not there.
What I am doing wrong?

what do you see here:

admin panel/ tools/ template selection

If the new template doesn't show up in Admin - Tools - Template Selection, it can only mean one thing: The includes/templates/NEW_TEMPLATE_NAME/template_info.php file doesn't exist.

Most often, that means you uploaded the template files to the wrong place.

In the case of that template, you would upload the 'includes' folder to the root (top) directory of your Zencart installation.

I am new to this so I do not know if I am using the correct terminology. The file is not there when I go to Tools, just the classic. My home page is a WordPress page. I do not know if that matters.
If I use my FTP and go to:
zen-cart v1.3.9h-full-fileset-10262010,
includes,
templates,
I see the template I want and,
classic and template_default

When I go to my zen cart admin/tools/template selection I only have:
Classic Contemporaly Green

Based on my experiance I am pretty sure I am doing something wrong.
