Cannot get Internet Secure Merchant Direct to install

Hi everyone,

I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.9h. New install.
I have not added any other addons
nothing customized
Hosted on Hostgator.

I have thoroughly searched the forum and find other issues related to the Internet Secure Merchant Direct Module, but nothing like mine.

I did the install, per the instructions, and nothing appeared in zencart under modules>Payment.

I had another person do the install, and same thing.

I need to get this module installed, asap.

Anything anyone can offer to help would be greatly appreciated!

I've not tried it out myself, but v1.0 is out of date there's v1.1a - http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=817

Thanks. The readme file says 1.0 but the zip file is labeled 1.1a.

This issue has been resolved with help from a zen cart freelancer. The problem was uploading the files for the module to the correct folders.

Well can you detail the fix? I'm having the exact same issue with three payment modules.

I'm at the latest release of Zen Cart and I've uploaded Cynergy, SecurePay and SecurePay COM to the includes/modules/payment and includes/languages/english/modules/payment directories and still none show up under Admin -> Modules -> Payment

As described, the "fix" was to install the files to the correct folders.

When the module says "YOUR_TEMPLATE", that means the folder for your template. So if you are using a template called fluffythecat then upload the files that are in "YOUR_TEMPLATE" to fluffythecat.
