1317 Query execution was interrupted

I am using zencart 1.3.9 and host my web on www.000########################.

while clicking some links(categories or products), i often got the following message:

1317 Query execution was interrupted

would you tell me whether this is an internal problem of zencart or it's caused by my server? how can I fix it?
