I still do not understand what the threads you posted. Am I just supposed to ignore the error or what is the reason I am getting the error. I do have the zen book but I cannot find the problem.

I hope this explains the issue more in depth for you..Look for products with master categories 0 in database. This happen to me a lot when I upload products using EP. But I do see the product in the top level category and can delete it which make the warning disappear. Usually these products will show as master category 0.
- edit the database you are using and click on the table products and you will notice the category #

haredo, i see we are both from ohio. I have never went in and did a edit on a database but I think I can do that thru my cp from my server. What I do not understand is in my other store I use a older version of zen cart and never had this problem. This new store I am setting up is the newest version. Another thing I do not understand is in each product it shows theand I have done the same setup as I did before. I will await your response. I only have 4 products in this new store so far but why did it list the ID#=0Product Master Category: ID# 0

Good question I always start with 10 with increments of 10..
See if you cant find this error here in the databaseI had a prod ID and cat ID of zero in products to categories table.

mabe I will just delete the 4 products and start over again. the database issue is getting over my head. I think I wil just work on it tomorrow. But I still appricate your help so far but I have done the same on this site as I have on the older version.

Haredo, I figured it out. First I had to make a new Catagory, then I had to add the product to this catagory and it generated a product Id of 5. I am going to post that on what you have been trying to help me with. that makes all the difference and makes the error I was talking about go away. Tks for the help
