Blog question

I would like to add the wordpress blogging platform to my zen-cart store. I have installed wordpress into the directory, but want to have an external link under my "information" section below my categories. How can I do this? It has been awhile since I messed with the site customization, and can't figure it out. I tried EZ Pages, and Define Page Editor with no avail.

Also, if there is an easier way to have a news/blog section on zen cart I would greatly appreciate the input.!

Is this just the wordpress fileset? I have installed wordpress already in my directory, but need to set up an external link to get to it. If this is a better solution I will use it instead.

No, it is a mod to include your wordpress install into zencart.

I am going through the set up, however, when I confirm the directory it states that my WP-Config.php file was not found. Any idea what is causing this?

Looks like I got the wp-config file figured out. Now my question is, where/how can I place a link to the blog? I would like it in the left side under my "Information" area or somewhere predominant on the site.

I read this thread earlier, it sounds as though many zenners advise against this mod... If this is the case, it is why I was hoping just to use the standard WP install and link out to it from my site. What are your thoughts? I like how this set up looks, but haven't played with it enough to know if it is worthwhile just yet. I do need a link which links out to the BLOG, but can't recall how to do this.

I would appreciate your thoughts on this mod.

Mod comes with sideboxes or you can add link via ezpages
or insert certain blog posts, via php code, into define main page
