I need help I want to bad to get rid of these signs I have followed protocol as subscribed by users but I am not sure where to edit it I went into the developer tools and I found what I was needing to edit but you can't edit from there so in cpanel am I to do it in my files and if so where?

Kim... it looks like English is not your home language. There are support forums in other languages. Alternatively, try using Google Translate. That can be helpful sometimes.

A large number of TEXT statements are contained in PHP files. Mostly in the LANGUAGE files.

So, in order to change the text (or remove it), you need to make edits to the PHP language file in which that text is placed.

To access these files on the server, you need to use a FTP PROGRAM.

A FTP program creates a LINK between your home computer, and the server on which your webshop sits.

Do you have a FTP program on your home machine? If you do, do you know how to use it?
