Only order use

Hi!
I'm try to build Zencart to one practical company and in the frist step we dont't have any money tarffic. So we whant only to make an order from Zencart without any shipping costs or payment events and then handle this order in traditional economy system which they send invoice to customes and etc. If i remove all Shipping modules i can't make any order. Is there any Add ons or how i cann resolve this problem?
Zencart version v1.3.9h
I have now only finnish language add ons

Many thanks for Your help!
I have now "Invoice" installed and it works fine.
I just wondering how to handle new Invoice/orders, is there some report where i can found new pending status orders? Reports, customers orders total, i too complex.
Some Add ons...?
