Beginner Help! 'Database Setup' Screen Blank

Hi,
I have uploaded the current software to my Server. I am working off a temp site and am able to get to the 'Welcome Screen', Licence Screen & Prerequisites Screen. As soon as I am on the Database Setup Screen it is Blank.

It states at the top of Database Setup Screen - Next we need to know some information on your database settings. Please carefully enter each setting in the appropriate box and press Save Database Settings to continue.' But there are no 'boxes' underneath.

I have setup the database prior to install.

If someone could help I would greatly appreciate it :)

Could be you have some files missing.
Suggest you delete and reinstall.
