overseas shipping problem

for some reason anyone outside of the usa can not order through my website, when they go to enter in shipping information, it wants a zip code, but they of course don't have one. below is the error message, anyone have a clue on whats wrong?

I am not an expert, but have to checked to ensure that you have activated at least one international shipping method? It is under the Domestic Shipping methods in the big box on the right.
