Default Moved Site to New Domain; Can't Run Fix Cache Key etc

Hi - I moved my website to a new domain tonight. www.besthookahsandmore.com. It was at www.hookahwaterpipe.com. I followed the steps outlined in the tutorial on how to move your Zen Cart install.

Now I am on the "fix cache key" step. I cannot figure out how to run this file. Double-clicking on it prompts my computer (a Mac) to ask me if I want to save it or open with...and when I choose Firefox to open it with, it continually asks me to download or open with again and again.

Also, I am getting this error when I look up my domain name:
    Code:
    1146 Table 'besthook_znc1.znc_configuration' doesn't exist
    in:
[select configuration_key as cfgkey, configuration_value as cfgvalue from znc_configuration]
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a bunch for anything you can do :)

"znc_configuration" refers to the "configuration table" prefixed by "znc_" as your DB_PREFIX setting.
There's one line near the beginning of the tutorial on moving your site that talks about the importance of using the *same* DB_PREFIX on the new site as you used on the old site, else it won't recognize the tables in the database you're importing.

As for "running" fix_cache_key.php, you simply upload the file to your server using FTP, and type your site's URL followed by the corresponding path to the fix_cache_key.php file that you just uploaded. This is the very same concept as you use to run zc_install/index.php etc.

Thanks for your reply. I used Simple Scripts to install Zen Cart and it didn't ask me what prefix I wanted to use? Any way to go back and fix the install now or do I need to start over?

Thanks so much for your help :)

Alrighty, the two prefixes are different...one is zen_ and one is znc_ (the new one). I am not sure what to do at this point.

If you followed the tutorial on moving, then I am at a loss as to why you must have installed ZenCart using the script

Did you import the DB from your previous site?
Does this DB have both sets of tables one prefixed as znc and one set prefixed as zen for an approx total of 196 tables?

    If so
Start by checking both of your configure.php files and see what prefix they are pointed to

Edit to the prefix that represents the DB you imported

Check what loads in your shop and see if that looks like what you were expecting

this worked beautifully :) Thank you so much .This is why I love Zen Cart and will not switch to another shopping cart system - because the user community is better than any tech support ever. :) You guys are awesome.

    Thanks :)
