How do you completely uninstall/remove Ultimate SEO URL's Mod

Can someone help to uninstall/romove the Ultimate SEO URL's Mod and the SQL file from the database?

I don't use the module personally but here are a few suggestions..

Any time I download a module, First back up your site and the database, so If you don't like change back to the last version..
there should be a .sql uninstall file in the download..
Just take your time and trace each file that you have uploaded and delete them one by one..
Be careful if one of the .php file loaded over a core file then you will have to replace the originial..

well when I download it there is no uninstall sql file in the download at all.
