Update orders and decrease stock

Hi,

We have a problem, I would like to know if its possible that when user purchase a product but this order is rejected (for example credit card doesn have space), system doesn't have to decrease stock because this is not allowed shopping. Or add a order status por example "Rejected" that when I put it in this status, system returns units of stock.

When you delete the order you will notice a box appear on how to deal with the stock level..
