modification of payment module

i have set up my store. the only thing i am stuck on is the payment module.

the reason i am is because nearly no one will accept me for what i am selling (e-cigarettes)

i would like to use the following...

" OAuth-authenticated REST-based API. " (from the site)

is it possible to modify paypal module or authorize.net modules to make it work or is there a 3rd party who could help without costing me a lot of cash??

if this could be figured out i get there would be alot of people who would use this module because they would not have to go through "hell and back" to take payments.

please help me...

hi kobra, thanks for taking an interest.

wepay works kinda like a paypal request. now as it stands, i have to send a "bill" to a client via e-mail. the e-mail has a link for them to click on. it re-directs them to the wepay site stating that i have asked them to "pay a bill" . they have to choose a user name and password on the site, then then can use a credit/debit card to pay the bill.

my best equation is a manual pay request from paypal. there are some development notes and coding on their site, but i have no idea what i am looking at, or what i am looking for to make it work with my cart.

until i have a better knowledge of coding, if it would be possible...i would like to set-up my cart to go ahead and process the cart and maybe send me a e-mail for the order, allowing me then to be able to respond by creating a manual bill and sending it to them.

it get you are really good at all this stuff, and have helped me out a lot in the past.

I would try to clone a payment module, naming it as you wish
Have a look at - by enabling and making a test purchase, so you know what needs to be altered textually
Either moneyorder or COD

The steps are covered here for a shipping module but the same principles hold for a simple payment module as above

The 2 above allow checkout and aso display some items associated with them that you will most likely want to alter

one more thing...

i went ahead and downloaded "dwolla"

i followed instructions exactly! files are all there and correctly placed.

but, i think i am missing something.

i can not get ANY of my payment modules to modify. i have clicked on each of them and it just brings up the same screen with the "info" button now an arrow. even tried to click on that and nothing happened.

am i missing something??

The "dwolla" module requires SOAP to be enabled on your server

boy am i hating life right now.

i did what dr.byte said about deleting the dwolla module. still no edit. reinstalled it, again nothing.

decided to go back and reinstall the stock module files, nope still can not edit.

i am really at a loss.

i intend to read the de-bug info. but i could really use some help. i am missing something...everything else works GREAT...

well,
i reinstalled the payment module and deleted all of the add on files. reinstalled it. it took me a few times but it works now.

now i just have the WEPAY issue to deal with.

does anyone have any ideas how to install wepay or maybe a modification of one of the existing modules??
