Was wondering if you anyone could tell me where to find and disable these 2 things from my footer.

1. Very bottom right footer there's a link "Privacy Notice" I can't figure out where that's coming from and I want to get rid of it.
2. Just above that, there's a footer nav with a "Home" link duplicated/listed twice. Not sure why or how to correct that.
Any insight?

Quite possibly is an EZ-page footer entry. Admin->Tools->EZ-Pages.
